Dear Ratepayers and Residents of the RM of Coteau No. 255
My name is Terry Sieffert from Hitchcock Bay, as well as a landowner in the RM. I am running for the reeve of the RM of Coteau NO. 255.
The election will be on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at the RM of Coteau office from 9 am to 8 pm. An advanced poll will be held on Saturday November 9, 2024 from 1 pm to 4 pm at the RM of Coteau office.
I am running for reeve to work towards improved relationships, communication, and economic development in the RM which I have called home for many years. I ask for your vote!
I have many years of leadership:
- Led teams to sustainable and measurable success in corporate, entrepreneurial and public sector environments
- Provided effective coaching, mentorship support and accountability.
Career History
- Employed with Saskatchewan Credit Union system with 5 separate credit unions for 23 years.
- CEO of the 14th largest credit union (Horizon Credit Union-Melville)
- Branch Manager at Conexus Credit Union (Assiniboia) which was the largest credit union at the time.
Coteau Hills Rural Development Corporation
T & S Consulting Saskatchewan 1998 to 1999
T & S Consulting had a contract to provide economic development services to the Coteau Hills Rural Development Co-operative located in Beechy, Saskatchewan.

Responsible for business development in Kyle, Beechy, Lucky Lake, Birsay and the associated rural municipalities in the area.

Managed day to day operations of the RDC and reported to a 16 person board.

Managed all aspects of the Small Business Loans Program.

Negotiated with all levels of government on behalf of clients and the RDC.
