The Hamlet Board of Hitchcock Bay is responsible for the day to day operations of our resort. These operations include maintenance of all equipment, utilities and properties within our resort (water treatment plant, boat launch facility, playgrounds, washrooms & change room, tractors, mowers etc.). The Hamlet board is also responsible for the maintenance of all roads with the assistance of the RM of Coteau. All expenses from the operation of the resort is paid by our portion of the property taxes collected each year. The Hamlet of Hitchcock Bay is governed under the RM of Coteau where all major expenses and operations must be approved.
